oh, ferial! praying for you. so thankful you found this sweet beautiful song to encourage you. i am exactly where you are. press on, my friend! xo psalm 57:2
phil. 1:9-11 ESV And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
Ferial Trammell....you make me smile. This little post reflects such a beautiful and humble heart from God. It would seem contentment is a common theme this week. I ran across this article recently and was blessed by it....perhaps it will be helpful in your journey to holiness too! http://www.navpress.com/magazines/archives/article.aspx?id=11159
oh sweet friend, i'm praying for you. i completely understand where you are...i've been there all too often. i've never heard audrey before. i love her voice. and i love this song. thanks for sharing...i love your heart. let's stay in touch :) i would love that.
Aw, Ferial, you are a gem. Do you realize how many ppl admire YOU and all that you bring to relationship. I admire you. And God admires you. I love the song by Laura Story, Blessings. Maybe you can find it online and it will bless you too. The first step in overcoming discontentment is to shine light onto it and you have done this thru your blog. Father God, let Your light continue to spread thru Ferial's mind, heart and soul so any and all discontentment flees. In Christ Jesus name, Amen. I'll keep praying for you; would you pray for me too?
I just found your blog. It is so sweet. I love this post. I have never heard that singer before but her voice is beautiful. Thank you for sharing her with us! My post tomorrow is very similar to the one you posted today. (I usually write my posts at night and have them scheduled for the morning.) Hope you have a beautiful rest of the evening and wake up feeling refreshed!
Dear ladies, thank you SO much for your sweet encouragement/prayers/kind words! I love that God brings us all together in this blogosphere. Your words mean so much to me, and your prayers all the more. I 'll be lifting you all up to our Father as well! Blessings.
What a beautiful, honest post! I know how you feel - sometimes it's so easy to give in to the negative! I pray that God would open your eyes to the blessings all around you :) Stopping by from Casey's!
